All SAGE Metro St. Louis activities will take place at Tower Grove Manor unless otherwise noted.

Parking at Tower Grove Manor is located in the grocery store parking lot next the building. Accessible parking and entrance is located at the back of Tower Grove Manor. You can park along the roped garden border or along the chain link fence. If you need assistance into the building, call (314) 773-2800 and someone will assist you.

SAGE Caregiver Coffee
Are you providing support to a loved one or friend. Join us for lively discussion, friendship and support.

Time:   6 p.m. to 7:30  p.m.
When: 3rd Wednesday of the month

SAGE Grief Support Groups
The SAGE Grief Support program is open to all LGBT adults (18 and older) who have experienced the death of a partner, family member and/or friend. The groups are led by trained facilitators.

LGBT Monthly Grief Discussion
Time:   6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
When:  3rd Tuesday of the Month
Where: SAGE office, Tower Grove Manor

6-Week LGBT Grief Support Group
Date: TBA
Time: 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Where: SAGE office, Tower Grove Manor

Pre-registration is required. Call or email for information and registration for the next 6-week support group.

Tia Chi-Exercise Class
Join with the residents of Tower Grove Manor for Tia Chi.

When:   Every Wednesday Morning
Time:    10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Where:  Tower Grove Manor

Games at Tower Grove Manor
Join with the residents of Tower Grove Manor for a game of Bridge, Wii Bowling, and more.

When:  Every Friday
Time:  1 p.m.
Where:  Tower Grove Manor

Go early and join them for lunch, cost $5/person.

1st Thursday: Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar Screening from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
2nd Thursday: Discussion of the Month from 4 p.m. to 7p.m.
3rd Thursday: Workshops/Special Guests
4th Thursday: Generations, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
