SAGE Referral Network

Based on a philosophy of inclusion and equal access to services, SAGE works with organizations and business owners throughout Metro St. Louis to ensure that their services are welcoming and inclusive of LGBT older adults, caregivers, their family and friends.

Organizations who join our referral network agree to accept referrals from SAGE and provide services in a nondiscriminatory manner which promotes the dignity, safety, and well-being of LGBT older adults.

The organizations also have the opportunity to receive LGBT Cultural Competency Training and ongoing technical assistance from SAGE.
