The Hope and Help Center
To promote physical, mental, and social health of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender community and people who are HIV positive.

Services and include: Physical and Mental Health Referrals, Free Spiritual Guidance, Health Information and Resources, HIV/AIDS Care Service Referrals.

St. Louis Area Agency on Aging
Provides a comprehensive system of community-based services for older (age 60 and better) and persons with disabilities (age 18-59) who live in the City of St. Louis. The Agency's objective are to secure and maintain maximum independence and dignity in a home environment and encourage economic, social and personal independence by providing opportunities for benefit assistance, socialization, and volunteer activities in the community.

Services provided include for those eligible include: Home Delivered Meals, Case Management, Respite Care, Senior Centers Meals Program, Transportation Services, Information and Referral, Health Promotion, Benefits Assistance, Legal Assistance, Housing Options, Long Term Care Ombudsman Program.
