Memory Care Home SolutionsTo provide family caregivers training and skills needed to care for a loved one with dementia. Our goal is to delay or avoid placement in an institutional setting. Services include: In-home psychosocial assessment; Environmental/safety assessment; Training to family caregivers; Recommendations on managing dementia behaviors, communication techniques, and coping strategies; Case management services for 12 months; Free interactive caregiver workshops to community organizations, places of worship or paces of business.

St. Louis Area Agency on Aging
Provides a comprehensive system of community-based services for older
(age 60 and better) and persons with disabilities (age 18-59) who live
in the City of St. Louis. The Agency's objective are to secure and
maintain maximum independence and dignity in a home environment and
encourage economic, social and personal independence by providing
opportunities for benefit assistance, socialization, and volunteer
activities in the community.
Services provided include for those eligible include: Home Delivered
Meals, Case Management, Respite Care, Senior Centers Meals Program,
Transportation Services, Information and Referral, Health Promotion,
Benefits Assistance, Legal Assistance, Housing Options, Long Term Care
Ombudsman Program.
