Alzheimer's Association, St. Louis Chapter
The Alzheimer's Association, St. Louis Chapter, serves more than 66,000 families in the 38 - county service area of St. Louis metro, eastern Missouri and western Illinois. Founded in 1981, the chapter has grown from a single support group to a multi-faceted service and health agency with offices in St. Louis and Cape Girardeau, MO and Collinsville, IL. Services include: 24/7 Helpline, Care Consultations, Support Groups, MedicAlert+Safe Return, Early Stage Programs, Family Education, Respite Care Assistance and Family Support Fund, Community Education, Professional Education, Advocacy, Memory Walk and Volunteer Opportunities.

Services included: Set up and delivery of Durable Medical Equipment in the patients home. Sales, rental and service provided as well as assistance with insurance reimbursement.

Memory Care Home Solutions
To provide family caregivers training and skills needed to care for a loved one with dementia. Our goal is to delay or avoid placement in an institutional setting. Services include: In-home psychosocial assessment; Environmental/safety assessment; Training to family caregivers; Recommendations on managing dementia behaviors, communication techniques, and coping strategies; Case management services for 12 months; Free interactive caregiver workshops to community organizations, places of worship or paces of business.

St. Louis Area Agency on Aging
Provides a comprehensive system of community-based services for older (age 60 and better) and persons with disabilities (age 18-59) who live in the City of St. Louis. The Agency's objective are to secure and maintain maximum independence and dignity in a home environment and encourage economic, social and personal independence by providing opportunities for benefit assistance, socialization, and volunteer activities in the community.

Services provided include for those eligible include: Home Delivered Meals, Case Management, Respite Care, Senior Centers Meals Program, Transportation Services, Information and Referral, Health Promotion, Benefits Assistance, Legal Assistance, Housing Options, Long Term Care Ombudsman Program.
