Support SAGE and make an impact in your community as we Enhance the quality of life for LGBT older adults through service, advocacy and community awareness.

Your contributions make it possible to accomplish the following:
 
  • Training and presentations to the community and provider organizations.
  • Organize social and educational activities including the SAGE Lunch Bunch and guest presentations.
  • Individual consultations, information & referral to LGBT older adults & their families, friends and caregivers.
  • SAGEAdvocacy Program (training for LGBT community).
  • SAGEFriends Program serving isolated LGBT older adults and caregivers
  •  
    Promote Best Practices for Serving LGBT older adults within the older adult service system.
  • Provide a voice for LGBT inclusive social policy at a local, state and national level.
  • Maintain a community office and staff dedicated to serving the LGBT older adult community.

 

$2500 Matching Challenge Grant - for each dollar contributed will be matched dollar for dollar as you help SAGE raise a total $5000!
