Located in Fenton, participants enjoy a cost effective and practical method of day time care. The program enhances current abilities so the older adult may continue to enjoy a good life, while living in the private home and community. Through adult day programs, premature entry into skilled nursing facilities may be avoided. Great resource for working care givers!
Services include: Nutritious meals and snacks, Basic Nursing supervision, Guided activity and socialization, Exercise and memory stimulation, Support and Referral Services.

Grand Oak Hill Senior Center
Grand Oak Hill Senior Center's mission is to provide nutrition and socialization services to community seniors.  Services provided are:  nutritional assessment, daily lunches, home-delivered meals, transportation services (shopping trips, doctor's visits, to and from the center).
